Qnubu presents its 5 x 10 cm Pre Press with which you can increase the performance of your extractions, as well as pack and preserve your flowers better and in less space.

This simple pre-press made of premium anodized aluminum is made up of three interlocking pieces. Crimped, they form an orthogonal parallelepiped similar to the characteristic molds for containing molten metal.

With this Pre-Press you can quickly compress your dry plant material to obtain a solid, compacted block with great weight. The blocks thus pressed are the ideal size for use with Qnubu Rosin Press extraction bags. Or to store them in conservation bags until they are going to be used.

The bags loaded in this way will give better results in terms of performance obtained after going through the final pressure and heat process. In the first place, because with the pre-press of your flowers you can put more grams in each pressing, and because by presenting it as a block of flat surfaces, homogeneity is enhanced and the average pressure per cm2 of surface is normalized optimizing the work of extraction presses.

The way to use the Qnubu Pre Press mold is very simple. You just have to crimp the flat piece that forms the base with the rectangular middle part and your mold will be ready to be filled. Once filled to the top of your favorite flowers, close the mold with the third piece, now you have to exert pressure, for this you can use your strength by squeezing the mold with your hands, or use any suitable tool for this purpose, as you can. be the extraction press itself without heat on the plates.
